by our customers. How much is the rent? Rooms in guesthouses start from 55,000 yen. Private apartments are from 65,000. What about deposit,key money, and agency fee? No key money is required for guesthouses, just a small deposit. For apartments, the amount depends on the room. We don't change an agency fee for guesthouses or apartments. Please contact us directly for more information. Are your rooms furnished? All private rooms are fully-furnished with refrigerator, bed/bedding, air conditioner/heater and unit bath. Rooms in guesthouses come equipped with internet connection, bed/bedding, and air conditioner/heater. I work every day, so how should I make my rent payments? It is possible to pay us by convenient bank transfer from anywhere at anytime, such as on your lunch break. Contact us for our bank account information. What is the minimum stay? One month. Is the deposit refundable? Yes, minus any costs to cover damage to the room. A damage assessment will be performed together with you at the beginning and end of your stay.
